Cooking / reheating instructions
Cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 100c electric, gas regulo 1. Place meal on a baking sheet and pierce film and cook for 35 minutes or until piping hot (75c).
Pierce film and place in microwave and cook for 1.5 minutes, stir, and cook for a further minute or until piping hot (75c). Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Based on 800 watt/category E.
Please note ovens will vary. Do not exceed these temperatures.
