Ordering your meals
For every main course ordered a soup or dessert of your choice is included. The price is for a two course meal.
There is a minimum number of five main meals per frozen order.

One of our friendly staff will talk you through your order and give you any help and advice you need (for example, what meals are suitable for particular diets).
Printed order form
You can fill this in at your leisure and give it to your driver next time they deliver. Either download a copy and print it out yourself or ask your delivery driver for one.
For special diets, ethnic meals and allergen queries please email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01623 490015 to discuss your requirements further.
Ordering for someone else
We're happy for other people to order meals on behalf of others.
So if you are a relative, friend or neighbour who needs to support someone with their meals, you can order on their behalf or contact us directly and let us know the situation.
Changing your order
We are happy to change your order at no cost. Simply contact us and let us know what you want to change. Please give us 24 hours notice of any changes.
Paying for your order
There are three ways of paying:
- debit / credit card - contact us and we can take your payment there and then, just have your invoice number ready
- direct debit - ask for details when ordering meals
- invoice - these will be issued at the end of the month to yourself or someone else who manages your finances.
