Cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 100c electric, gas regulo 1. Place meal on a baking sheet and cook for 45 minutes or until piping hot (75c).
Pierce film and place in microwave and cook for 4 minutes or until piping hot (75c). Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Based on 800 watt/category E.
