Lamb burger in redcurrant gravy
A grill made from a succulent portion of lamb served in a smooth redcurrant gravy accompanied by mashed potatoes, carrots and fresh cabbage.
Cooking / reheating instructions
Cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 120c electric, gas regulo 1. Place meal on a baking sheet and cook for 50 minutes or until piping hot (75c).
Pierce film and place in microwave and cook for 8 minutes or until piping hot (75c). Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Based on 800 watt/category E.
Please note ovens will vary. Do not exceed these temperatures.
